How can I tell IE where to find the latest Flash Player?
At startup, an announcement said that an update to the
Adobe Flash Player was available. I clicked it to go ahead,
and the installer updated Flash Player to version 10.0.32.18 -
as reported by the latest Firefox and Opera browsers when
looking at the www.Adobe.com/shockwave/welcome test
page. But when using IE, v.8, the test page shows version
10.0.22.87. Why doesn't IE know about the latest update?

How can I tell IE where to find the latest Flash Player
without having to download another copy just for IE?
Firefox and Opera seem know about and share the
same copy just fine, and neither of them downloaded
the update.
