I use (and like and am used to) IE6. I was just told by a photo website
that for now their Save Picture As feature is not working on IE and they
suggested I use Firefox. Before I download Firefox I want to make sure
that I'll know how to go back to IE afterwards.

What site is this? Sounds like a load of horse hockey to me.

You won't uninstall IE if you install FF. Just be careful not to make FF
your default browser if you don't want it to be; avoiding this may require
doing a Custom (vs Default) install of FF.

Thank you for writing to us.
The "Save Picture As" option does not appear when right-clicking on a photo
in Internet Explorer.
Customers who are used to being able to save their Snapfish photos to their
computers by right-clicking an image and selecting “save picture” or “save
picture as” will find that when they right-click on an image, the option to
save the photo is no longer available.
Our engineers are working to get our rendering software compatible with IE
again, but in the meantime, an alternate browser, such as Firefox, can be
used to save images You do not need to use another browser all the time;
only when want to save a Snapfish photo to your local computer. Firefox is
available at www.mozilla.com or www.firefox.com.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.<
How would I go about doing the Custom (vs Default) ?

Thank you. Since it wouldn't be the default, then I assume I'd click on a
Firefox shortcut to open/use it rather than IE? Then I'd just close it in
order to have IE open the next time?

Well, so much for that idea. I downloaded Firefox (saved it); then tried to
run it, and got the error message "file corrupt"! Maybe I'll just wait
until the Snapfish engineers get their software "compatible with IE" again.

THAT should not happen. I've never seen that. Download FF again.

There are FF-specific forums where you can get help with that.
