I am also experiencing a similar problem. I am running Windows XP and IE 6
and recently, there is no text showing on the yahoo home page where they
have their news stories boxes (it is just a white blank there). Also, things
like the search box on the page are distorted and not functional. I have
tried to change the font settings under Tools-Internet Options but that does
not correct the problem. I am also experiencing problems loading my Norton
Antivirus software that are related to this MS problem because I am unable to
see the options for install. I spent hours talking with Norton tech support
already and we tired numerous things including deleting and reinstalling
Norton, creating a new user account, opening up in safe mode, a clean boot,
and restored to an earlier date before I was having these problems and none
of them resolved the issue. I am also having difficulty seeing some of my
received emails in Outlook (Office 03). Does anyone have advice on other
things I can try?
Post by Richard in AZYour description does not help.
What do you mean "seeing text"?
Is it too small? Wrong color? Blurred? What.
What web sites?
You need to be very detailed in your problem description.
Remember, we cannot see your computer from where we are.
Post by CyrryanI am having problem seeing text on all sites on Internet Explorer? Could this
be a more serious problem. I have Internet Explorer and Windows XP.
Is there any facility I can access to correct this problem?
Hoping I can get help on this matter?
