I have a user at work who, when she starts IEv6 crashes with the message
saying something is wrong, do you want to send this to M/S or not. You've
seen the message. (We're still on IEv6 because of some applications that
have not shown promise with IEv7) This happens almost as soon as IE
launches.

There is nothing wrong with IE since it works when I am logged in, I have no
problems.

Therefore I believe there is something wrong with this user's IE portion of
her profile. How can I fix this without having to rebuild her entire
profile? I believe I should delete the "c:\Documents and
Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer" folder, but I want to make sure before I do.

I wish I can give more information about what is happening but I do not have
any more except what I've written.

thanks,
~alan
