When trying to load a Java applet the certificate windows that shows
up while loading seems to work fine in IE6. However if I use the
Mshtml.dll control in a C#Windows .NEt application, the certificate
window does not get displayed and the applet does not get loaded. To
workaround I have to first load the JAva certificate windows through
the browsers and then later use the Windows .NET application.

Do you know if any settings/options that need to be turned on/off to
make the Java certificate windows to show up in applications uing
Mshtml.dll.

This happens only in the citrix environment.
