I am having a problem with websites that require a user name and password and
they are SSL secured websites. Internet Explorer will not load the website
at all. It says that "This Page Cannot Be Displayed". I have tried
everything that I can think of. I tried clearing the Temporary Internet
Files, Cookies, History, Offline Content, the SSL certificates, Forms, etc.
No luck there. I went into the Advanced Tab in Internet Options and selected
SSL 2.0, 3.0, and TPL...nothing. Can anyone help me figure this out?
