Hi,
Windows XP?
Some possible solutions (assuming Windows XP.)
Go to Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone, set it to Default.
Try these two commands from Start> Run> cmd [enter]
regsvr32 vbscript.dll [enter]
regsvr32 jscript.dll [enter]
Clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content when that dialog pops up) It's often
recommended that the TIF folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.)
Check any third-party security programs to see if one of them is blocking
scripts, scripting, active content.
Try updating/reloading Windows Script. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=47809025-d896-482e-a0d6-524e7e844d81&displaylang=en&Hash=lwlez9J3MUNqA6w6fGvyEtOnz33tvETqf2JP5z%2fBQjSGjH80WaQrko%2felAWPFAcqky14TimOyA%2fBWm7vbbgH0A%3d%3d
or (shortened)
http://snurl.com/26xlv
for Windows Script 5.7 for XP.
Hope this helps,
Don
