Red X - No pictures

I am still having trouble in that two of my contacts do not get pictures from
me; they just get the red X in the box. I have Outlook Express 6. Can
somebody help me with this? I can't seem to get any help that works!

Does anyone else can get pictures from you okay?
If they do then it isn't your problem or no problem on your machine, its
your friends problem on their machine and you should forward this to them to
sort it out!

Pictures are not displayed on Web sites in Internet Explorer
