Save in File menu

I still don't know why IE has a save button on it's file menu while we can't
save an html file on itself just we can save it as another file type and
just we can change it by it's source code

Hello,

You can save an HTML file alone by either going to File > Save > (select
'Web Page, HTML Only' from Save as type) or viewing the source (Edit > View
Source > File > Save)
