I was running a dial up access and have just installed Broadband but clciking
on IE 6 I get an error 403 and a message about Access Control.

I do not have any other browsers installed.

Anyone help?

The dial up was provided by Wanadoo and the Broadband is a different provider.

Help yourself. What does "clicking on IE 6" mean? (We can't see your
computer screen.) E.g. right-click on whatever that is and (perhaps)
use its Properties menu item to find out. If it just means that you are
opening your old Home page, change your Home page.

Tip: simplest way to change your Home page (IMO) is from IE:
click on the Home page button downarrow and change it.
Deleting all Home page items leaves Blank page as your Home page
(which definitely would change your symptom, if your old Home page
is the cause of your symptom.)
