Javascript:Void(0)

I want to open a dialogue box in internet explorer that when i hover my
mouse on it i the status bar shows javascript:void(0) and when i click on it
nothing happens.I don't have this problem with another browser and worked
but i did not this have this problem before.I registered vbscript.dll and
jscript.dl but it was useless
