IE6 hangsin some sites when I hit the enter key to submit

On www.google.com or www.ebay.comwith IE6 if I enter some search text and hit
enter, the browser window hangs and I have to kill the application. This does
not happen if I use the mouse to select the search button and it works fine
if I use Firefox and hit the enter key. If I visit yahoo and enter some
search text and hit enter its fine as well.

I am experiencing what sounds like the exact same issue. No progress
towards fixing yet.
