MSO Cache from Office 2007 to be relocated from C to D drive

I have this folder in my computer C drive which worth more th an 500
mb and would want to transfer it to the neighboring D driv2.
would it be possible or is there a recommended way to do such
relocation ?
Hoping somebody can enlighten me on this matter.TIA
