We want to install windows live installer beta but we are getting error
"messenger beta couldn't be installed.code 0x8007064a (source:install).
Could someone help me?

Hi,

I found this link to be good.

download.live.com/toolbar

I had a few problems installing on Vista where I had the previous version
installed, so you may do better by first uninstalling the previous version
(maybe only the Toolbar component, the Beta Messenger etc you can just
upgrade.)
