Discussion:
"Date modified" of Favorite file changes when ONLY (!) loading the favorite? Suppress modification?

I have several Favorites created in IntExp 6.
Recently I upgraded now to IntExp 7

Whenever I load now the (old) favorites the "Date last modified" as shown in the WinExplorer
column changes (= is set to the current timestamp). Although the Favorite file itself is NOT
altered.

How can I avoid the change of the "Last modified date" when I just recall an Favorite?

Is there somewhere in IE7 an option "Do not change Favorite file when loading Favorite"?

I have noticed the same behavior...

I synchronize my Favorites between two machined using a Briefcase, and the
modification date changes on access (but not change) and causes the Favorites
to be re-synchronized unnecessarily.

Anyone respond to the previous post? Anyone listening?
