can't scroll a website!

This just seems to happen with:
www.nixyvalentine.com
I can't scroll down on this page at all, I see only the top section. The
owner of this website says I am the only one that has this issue, but I don't
have trouble with other websites.
I am using windows explorer 6.0.29..... with sp3 and my monitor is set
at 1440x900 in case that makes a difference? What can be the problem and is
there a fix somewhere?

Hi,
I get the same non-scrolling issue with IE 6.0.2800. The website doesn't
work with IE6.

Workaround:
Firefox from www.mozilla.com
Chrome from www.google.com/chrome
