how can i turn on the java scripts on my computer so that i can view the
vedios posted on Youtube?

whenever i tried to open any vedio, it says that the java scripts might be
turned off and that's why i am not able to view this vedio

If you are posting from the problem machine, that's not your problem. ; )

More likely, is that the site is trying to interpret a different symptom for you
and instead of telling you what it is, it's guessing at possible reason and giving
you that.

My guess in that case would be that your User-Agent string isn't to its liking.

E.g go here and see if your User-Agent string is as expected or if there is
extra junk in it which could be causing some other sites confusion:

http://www.fiddlertool.com/useragent.aspx

The same site gives you tips for repairing it or spoofing a different one.
