I have a user that uses Mapquest alot. Up until 2 days ago if she was on
Mapquest's site and typed in an address that she had used before, it would
remember the info. Now when she goes to Mapquest's site and enters an address
she has already used it acts like it is a new address. I have checked her IE
history and nothing has been changed. It was not cleared out. It still had
history for the last 20 days. Is this an IE setting or a Mapquest setting ?

Thanks,
Debra

Thanks for replying but that still didn't work. I know mapquest recently
updated their site. Could that be a reason? Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Deb

I have no idea. Perhaps it'd be best to contact Mapquest Support?

If you're looking at an AutoComplete issue and the site changed
the names of the fields that could explain why you don't see any
previous entries. Are you seeing the latest entries at least,
e.g. when you press CursorDown while a field is empty and selected?

Any other suggestions?
Tip: use PSPV (from NirSoft) to figure out which fields are
being saved. E.g. you might be able to see the old data that way.
Also, possible to do this analysis using RegMon (or ProcMon) but
easier with the specialized tool.

Good luck
