When saving a web page, what are the pros/cons of saving as html vs. mht?

Mht is the one file. Html is file and folder.
Any browser can use Html+*.files; not all browsers correctly support Mht.

For your information, Mht is A single, multipart MIME document, where each
related image, script, etc. is stored in it's part.
