Whenever I view a .HTML file from the shotimes.com website, for instance:

www.shotimes.com/SHO4rodshifter.html

For the above page, I always get a popup to open the page from my browser cache. Is this
a config problem from IE6, or from that website??? I've never seen anything like this!

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Win98SE) when
posting to this newsgroup.

Cannot reproduce here (IE7/WinXP SP3).

IE Tools | Internet Options | General | Temporary Internet Filese | Settings
| Check for newer versions of stored pages <=What's your setting here?

Are you a dial-up subscriber and is a "web/internet accelerator" installed?

I tried it with IE6 and got the same results you did...
it appeared to just be a non-malicious html re-direct...
but it was certainly not the normal behavior exhibited by any web site I've
ever seen before.

My guess is who ever did the page tested it only on iE7
and had no concern for all the people using other browsers.

On another group, someone had mentioned a company who's site
was *only* accessible to those using IE7.

Guess who went out of business! <G>
