please solve problems with a patch IE instead of saying that your browse is
not javascript enabled or you must upgrade it something else.your IE has
many problems one them is that i can't send a feedback to a site that is
based on a javascript dialogue and when i click send feedback nothing hapens

My IE doesn't have any problems.

That is typically a message from a web site which has either misinterpreted
a User-Agent string or detected a corrupted UAS. Neither would be bugs in IE.

Use this diagnostic site to show what UAS your browser is sending
with its requests. Note that it also has links to help you repair or modify it.
