Page won't display

We upgraded to all new PC's over the past couple months. We recently
realized that some of the computers won't display various web page while
others (which are identical) will.

For example, http://hud2.towerauction.net/e7/stats/MI.htm

I noticed that when I am trying to open the site listed above, for a second
or two it says "resolving proxy" just before the page fails to load.

I guess they aren't identical, at least not after the user gets hold of
them.

Check and compare the settings in Tools | Internet Options | Connections.
