This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's
domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options,
click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled
under the security section.
For offline users
You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds
Click the Favorites Center button , click Feeds, and then click the feed you
want to view.
To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)
Click Tools , and then click Work Offline.
Click the Favorites Center button , click History, and then click the page
you want to view.
I am currently connected to the internet and using Firefox as a browser.

Are you getting "Page cannot be displayed" errors? Can you connect directly
(i.e., not wirelessly)?
What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?
Has a Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on this machine
(e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)?

Post by SteveI was at a Marroitt Timeshare and they where using Wayport as a Wireless
ISP. I could not connect using Internet Explorer to there network.
Wayports help desk connected me and suggest that I download Mozilla
Firefox
browser. Since I have download Firefox, which works fine, I can not use
IE
as a browser. IE starts, but is unable to connect to the wireless network
in my home. Any thoughs?
