When open files from Internet It ask me twice

Windows XP and Office Xp IE 6.0 SP1
When I tried to open a document from the internet ... Clic a link that ask
my to Save Open or Cancel, If I hit Save no problem, but If I hit Open, the
same window reapears hit open Again and it open. Any information to correct
the problem or information on it?

Yes, yours is a WinXP issue, not an IE6 issue.

That link should open the newsgroup in your default newsreader (e.g.,
Outlook Express).

To access WinXP General via the web-interface, use
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.windowsxp.general
