problem with microsoft forum

hi all
i have IE7 with vista premium
i have to run ie7 as administrator otherwise we window that pops up for
writing a new thread, would not appear.
i disabled popup block , but it seemes its not that the problem.

Do you have any third-party toolbars blocking popups?
