Internet Explorer 6 SP2

IE 6.0 SP2 doesn't display all pictures on any web pages. I can manually set up
option (in Explorer properties) for displaying pictures but after restart IE
changes its option and I cann't see all pictures.
I also tries to install IE 7 but the situation is the same.
What is this - virus?

One or more options/settings in an ever-growing number of third-party
applications may be disallowing the change(s) from "sticking". These include
