My AutoComplete is on and I accidently pressed "No" when the save username
and password dialogue box appeared and now I want to save the username and
password on that particular site. Please help me how to save username and
password on a site on which previously I have pressed "No" on 'Remember
Username and password'

Hi,
Use IE PassView (NirSoft)
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/internet_explorer_password.html to clear any
autocomplete data for that site.

Next, if necessary:
Use IE Passview to recover or export autocomplete data, then clear all
stored login data from Internet Options> Content> Autocomplete. This should
reset the prompt for all sites.

Hope this helps,
Don
