Where are the subfolders of my Content.IE5 folder?

I recentlly installed the SP3 and the IE7. Before this, I was able to go to
my Content.IE5 folder and download at a later time anything that I didn't
want to download at the moment. Now, after I installed the SP3 and the IE7,
it seems that the randomly-named subfolders do not even get created. Is like
the subfolders of the Content.IE5 folder are constantly wiped out. How can I
fix this?

They're super-hidden folders.

Those with IE7-specific questions or comments are asked to post to and seek
