Hi,
Most Internet Explorer problems are not resolved by reinstalling IE. What
specific problems are you having?

Having said that...
1. Download and run ie-rereg from

The problem is we have a URL ( http://10.190.50.20 ) to access Konica
Minolta bizhub 350 web-based configiration.

All Client PC can access this link, but only one PC cannot access this link
( Show Page Not Found in IE ), I tested ping and telnet, both is OK... but
just cannot access the link...

I also checked Windows firewall is off... and there is no any third party
firewall installed...

so, i wonder this is caused by IE... so I want to try to re-install it

thanks

How to reinstall or repair Internet Explorer in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378

Use the tool below from MVP Ramesh site to repair IE:
IEFix - General purpose fix for Internet Explorer
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/IEFIX.htm

Windows Script 5.6 for Windows 2000 and XP
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c717d943-7e4b-4622-86eb-95a22b832caa&DisplayLang=en

open a run command and type in:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Reboot your machine, does it work?.
Does other links work okay?.
