Did a clean install of Windows XP Professional. Updated it with all the
service packs and Microsoft has been sending down a steady stream of
updates; one of which was Iexplorer 8. It won't open. I even tried a
re-install of the program and it still doesn't open. I'm using the free
version of AVG as my virus scanner. I disabled it and tried; still no
luck. What could be the problem?
