Remotely set IE6 home page

I need to remotely set the home page on about 50 computers with IE6. How can
that be achieved? I am unable to remote to each one of them.

By remotely, I mean I cannot use Remote Desktop, for example, to go over to
each one and set the home page. The devices are in use by doctors most of
the time. I tried IEAK 6 but when I tried to follow the wizard I got an
error trying to do the automatic synchronization (I selected just single disk
branding and URL customizations). I am going to read through the help again,
but as far as I know it have done it correctly.
