IE7 cannot display folder for FTP

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make IE7 display FTP folder?
instead of using window explorer?

I am using XP, there is an option to select msieftp.dll for FTP address. but
when I change to this option, which cannot be saved, and the FTP displays all
files in text format, just like UNIX system.
Do you have any suggestions?

First I'd recommend that you bone-up on how FTP access has changed in IE7;

NB: Although Sandi's blog entry was posted during IE7 Beta, the behavior
hasn't changed in IE7 Final.
