Hi,

Which version of Windows? (Including SP level- SP1,SP2,etc.) (May or may not
be important.)

Try uninstalling / reinstalling Flash Player. Use the uninstaller at
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
Flash player download:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Check to see if a third-party security program, toolbar or other browser
add-on is
blocking scripts, ActiveX, active content, etc.

Try placing adobe.com in Trusted Sites.
To add a trusted site... Internet Options> Security> Trusted Sites> Uncheck
"Require server verification" and enter the site as *.adobe.com

Verify this setting...
Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone> Custom Level> ActiveX controls
and plug-ins> Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls> Enable.

Hope this helps,
