IE Proxy retries timeout

Hi,

I was looking for the setting where i can set the proxy retry timeout
in IE before it can mark that proxy as BAD ADDRESS.

Does any one know the registry or other settings where i can change
it.

Any help is appreciated.

You are posting to a rather ancient IE6 group which may not get much
traffic. Are you really using IE6?
If so, see if anything here may help: (just guessing and not
personally tried)

Thanks for the help.

I was not able to find the group for other IE versions, also we use IE
6, 7 & 8 its mixed.

Keepalive is not what i'm looking for.

I need to change the timeout value of IE before it marks the proxy as
a BAD address.
