This question concerns internet explorer 7 - hopefully the same applies to
version 6.

I deal with an hotel booking website ( Booking.com ).

Up to about a week ago the site behaved perfectly without any problems.
Thereafter it would not operate properly and has become totally unreliable.
I contacted Booking.com who tested our account and found nothing wrong.

My computer has multiple user accounts.

On using the above website with another user account the website worked
perfectly without any problems .

This infers that my account is corrupt in some way - however eveything else
works fine including other websites as well as yours.

I am at a loss as to what the problem is and would welcome any suggestions.

Regards

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

If you must use a web interface:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
