Up until a couple of months ago it was working fine. I cleaned off some
spyware and now it's doing this. As of last week she couldn't even click on
send, it would gray out on all outgoing emails. I installed s/mime and now
the following is happening.
This is only happening to one user. We have Exchange Server 2003, our
company web page has a logon link that users can logon to access their
company emails, calendar, public folders, etc.
This user is using Win XP Home Edition. She logs in to her email, she can
compose a new email to anyone, she can reply to users within the company
without any problem. However, when she tries to reply or forward an email to
***@yahoo.com it says "sending message" and then eventually says "The service
is no longer available". She also can't access her public folders from owa.
This has to be a setting in her ie because she can log in on any other
computer or laptop and it works fine.
Please help.........
