How do we get Microsoft to fix this posting error problem?

In ALL the newsgroups, users are recieving a failure to post message when
they send a post, which causes them to repost, sometime 4 or 5 times, many
times in multiple topic areas. This needs to be fixed because it not only
affects users, but responders. Anyone here who can get through to the god at
Redmond?

MS is quite aware of the issue.

You can fix it on your end by abandoning that clunky web-interface and
access this and other MS newsgroups in your default newsreader (e.g.,
Outlook Express).

Prod those webnews-for-dummies users to switch to using a real
newsreader and connecting it to msnews.microsoft.com. Who knows when
Microsoft will allocate resources to fix the problem and how long they
will take. It's a problem of more than just a few days old now and
still not fixed.
