I have a user who clicks on an email link on a County website and instead of
getting prompted with a new message to email that County, he gets a "Object
not found" in Outlook.

Thanks for your help

I have no idea but it's definitely an OL problem, not an IE problem, so
you'd best post in an OL-specific newsgroup.
