i have a user - my son, who is an admin because he needs thea ability
to download.
i want to prevent him from changing IE settings. Mainly he i am trying
to prevent him from accessing web sites - but he keeps removing them.

Is there a different user group to give him or how can i accomplish
this?

thanks

I would try putting him in the power users group. With him as an
admin.........restricting him is really useless. What ever you set up as an
admin he, as an admin can undo.........

Kind of like taking the keys away and he has the ability to make more. You
need to take the key maker from him.
